This question has no accurate answer. It depends on how quickly the client can make decisions and how fast the contractor is able to implement them.
Do not rush the contractor; this may ruin your design. Talk to him about how quickly he can complete your work without compromising on quality. If you have urgent requests or deadlines, let them know beforehand so they can prioritize that area of your property.
